I used my citybank credit card for booking AirIndia flight to Chandigarh on 24th Feb. But i couldnot book the ticket and twice it got failed. But the amount of Rs 8733 got debited from my account twice. I received a mail from Airindia helpdesk that the amount will be refunded. But only once the amount got credited to my account. I called Airindia office many times but no one picked up the phone. I have sent many mails to Air India help desk in this regard but i have not received any response from them
