I had booked two tickets from Delhi airport to Madras and got them cancelled the same day itself on December 9.
As per the customer care officer, the amount was to be refunded within 5 working days, which has not been done yet. The amount has not been refunded yet to my credit card account.
Poor service from Air India. It is well known to the world that Air India is running into losses and they do not provide good customer service, hence proved. Pathetic.
