Anybody got interested in booking vehicle at MS&S MOTORS, PALARIVATTOM
This is one of the company which is not giving respect & manners to the coming customers / buyers, they are waste fellows, they dont know how to give respect and to provide assisstance to the buyers.
THEY WILL BE CHEATING YOU AFTER RECVNG YOUR CASH.
THEY WONT GIVE THEIR COMMITMENT AFTER ALL, AND WONT GIVE THE BOOKED VEHICLE ON COMMITTED DATE. THERE STAFF EVEN DONT KNOWS HOW TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS, AND NOTHING MANNERS.
Once i booked for HONDA PLEASURE ON 05.8. on recvng cash they comit to give the vehicle on 23.08.2011.abaut they are not ready to give asssistance for me after givng all documentations.
When i went there to cancel the registeration and for asking cash back . they makes me to walk thrice that they will give tommorrow surely. And on my 3 rd visit while i spoke to them, they crew members mainly their finance dealer staff DEEPAK & THE SALE MANAGER & CASHIER- AND ALSO TELE EXECUTIVE BINDU spoke me indeasent manner and also in reush manner, they says that 'THAT IS NOT HIS/THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SANCTION THE BOOKED VEHICLE AND ALSO THAT THEY WONT ASSURE YOU FOR IT.
AT LAST I GOT CASH AFTER WASTING MY OFFICE TIME & AND BY MAKING ME TENSED - NO BODY FALL IN ASSURAMNCE PROVIDED BY THEIR STAFF (MS& S MOTORS SECURITY DIALOGUES...
