Dear Sir/Madam,

I am trying to book mentioned itinerary under Multi City:

Jammu &-gt; Delhi on 5th Aug

Delhi &-gt; Singapore on 13th Aug.

It shows flight options. When I go ahead with direct flight option and click on next, it gives error "A program error has occurred"

I called customer care, they are also find same error and unable to book. Also I sent this issue to [email protected], but they didn't come back yet.

Also I called to 91 1124624075. but the lady who is in charge there she said she has already forwarded my email to respected team, but they didn't response yet. I can't help you. My job is to forward email to team and cut the call. It is really frustrating moment, when the customer team works like this.

As I am an IT engineer, I can say this issue can be fixed easily. Also I know that this work is being outsourced from one of Indian IT company. the why you can't push them to fix these issue Or charge some penalty on these bugs?

I would really appreciate if you could help me on this and let me know correct escalation matrix in case if I find similar issue in future.
