SUB: COMPLAIN REARDING INSTALLATION
This to inform your good selves that we have booked Gas Connection for our factory premises on 31.12.09 vide cheque no.000110 FOR Rs. 260000.00 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Ltd..
Also your representative comes to our premises and made a Gas Sales Agreement but this is to inform your good selves at the time of booing your representative confirmed us for all the necessary installment within short period as per our extreme request that our plant is under renovation hence we need earliest installation to join the same with our renovation but it is very strange that all you listed contractor’s are not replying properly and also ignoring is. Also till date nothing is installed in our premises under this connection.
Due to this late installation and ignorance our running work of renovation existing plant is suffered since 1St week of January’10 as we expected to installed the connection. We have to pay and bothered unnecessary labour charges on our running work as well we also suffering lot of loss due to stoppage of our manufacturing process this total comes unlimited.
Hence we request you good selves to delete this irresponsible contractors and ass some responsible contractor; other wise please give us permission to do the necessary work with our contractors to stop our further loss.
