Hawker selling products after expiry date

I was travelling back to nagpur and had purchased an ice-cream from a vendor at raipur station. he is selling amul ice-cream which has already crossed the expiry date. the hawker puts his stall on plat form no 1.

i'd complained the same to the TT. and here making a note

hope to seek remedy from this.
