I got transferred and hired Apollo Movers & packers, Gilmohar Rowhouse, no. 5, Plot No 94, Sector No 16., Opp India Gate PCNTDA, Chikhali, Pune- 19 to do my households shifting from Pune to Kolkata on 23rd April as consignment no.1010 In doing so I have faced the following problem;
1) I had purchase and insurance on the moving goods for which the final insurance papers were to be emailed us the very next day of dispatch of goods. This I were told was a general practice. I followed up several times, but have not got our insurance documents, which I have already paid for. Hence, in case of loss/ damage, I am left with no proof of insurance despite having paid for it. Finally, I was promised that when the goods get delivered, the insurance docs would come along with.
2) At the time of hiring them, they had committed they would take 10days to get my stuff to Kolkata. Up To 20days it hadn't reached us, and after repeatedly following up we got it after 20days. on the day of delivery, we realized that one of our goods was missing. Also, our insurance papers were still not handed to us.
3) It was promised that the missing goods and the insurance papers would be sent to us the very next day. It has been 10days hence. There is no clue. My phone calls are being deliberately ignored.
I have been facing a very critical problem as the left over bag contains some crucial documents which I have been urgently requiring. I feel helpless.

These people are cheats and I have my doubts if I will ever receive my goods. I would also like to ask the company for a refund of the amount I have payed them for purchasing insurance.
