MOney debited ticket not booked

I had booked tickets on 17th for Kites movie for thursday premier show, the money got debited from my card but i did not receive any confirmation for the same... when i checked at the ticket counter they said that the tickets are not booked... Till today the money is not yet refunded... Please refund the money as soon as possible.
