Refund of money

I had booked 6 tickets for the movie "ApthaRakshaka" in INOX Jayanagar on March 2nd 2010 for 625 /-. Money transaction happened through citibank credit card (online transaction). But the INOX page did not get refreshed after the transaction and I did not get the tickets. The amount was transferred from my account.
