Money paid by Credit card bout ticket not recvd

I made a booking for movie Aarakshan on 13th August at 730 pm for the 14th August show at 12.20pm.

After completing all the formalities and making the payment, I received the message " Syntax error" and then I did not receive any sms or email regarding my booking. I did not know where to file my complaint. I spent Rs 640/- for the same. This problem it seems has hapeened to others also.

My name is Alok marodia. My email ID is [email protected] and I am registered with inoxmovies.

This is a very strange thing and will discourage use of web service for booking tickets.

I want my money back immeditaely.
