My name is Vikas Patel. I tried to book online movie tickets on 1 feb for 9:40pm show at Inox Garuda Mall, Bangalore.
I used inoxmovies.com to book tickets for 5 peoples
I filled every details, my card number and made payment of Rs.925. Ticket amount was deducted from my account but i didnt get my tickets. After making payment i found an error message from inox. But at the same time Rs925 was deducted.
I went to Inox Cinemas and met manager of Inox Garuda Mall, Bangalore.
I explained him every detail of my problem. He assured me that my money will be refunded within 7-10days.. He said me to send a mail to inox informing about online ticket problem.
I did as he siad.. in response to my mail i recieved reply from inox cinemas asking for all details used for booking ticket.
I send my all details for several times but its been almost a month i havent recieved any reply from inox cinemas. They are so irresponsible to refund money.. it about to be a month that i have'nt recieved my money back..
So i would like to take some legal action against Inox Leisure Limited..
I will also expect compesation from Inox Leisure Ltd for delay to refund my money and also for the expenses that i have inccured in travelling to inox three times.
They are fooling customers by these online ticketing procedures..
and im been a victim of their fraud... so i would request Consumer Forum to take action against them as soon as possible otherwise they will continue to use their fraud against several other peoples.
