I had a tuff time dealing with the online ticketing with Inox website. First of all they have debited my account twice for just one booking. And when I tried checking for the mistake there is no Number to call them... with great difficulty we get one number which is 040-44767770 and this number is always busy... it always says that the number we have dialed..all the networks are busy, please try again later... and that later never comes. Please check with them and they also don't have a Facility or a specific TAT wer we can cancel the tickets. Thats the next disgusting part of this transaction. So my concern is INOX has NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT and get the issue resolved. The number which they have given in the website is just useless... as mentioned earlier all the networks to that line are always busy.
