Ticket is not booked for which money is taken

I tried online ticket booking, but the tickets are not booked and there was an error in the process... But the money is taken from my account... I tried again to book and the next time also the same has happened.. I lost money twice.

I need it to be refunded to my account again.. Please do the needful.
