MOVIE TICKET AMOUNT DEDUCTED BUT TICKET NOT CONFIRMED

I have booked ticket through internet banking but the ticket not booked. Amount is deducted from my account. Customer care of PVR cinema not responding even after i am calling in 01244708100 several times. They say me that the amount will be back in 7 days. What about time value of money.
