Money not refunded

I tried booking 3 tickets on 14th july. The final page showed transaction not successful but the money got deducted from my account and has not been refunded yet. I called the bank regarding this issue and got the reference number for this issue which i have provided below.

Please look into the matter ASAP. I want my money back ASAP
