Sir,

I am one of your customer using Bata foot ware during the last 30years. I had purchased a pair of 10inches Bata confit Shoes worth Rs 1999.00 from Thevara Showroom at Kochi, one and a half month back. Now I found the shoes are in a damaged on sole (Cut) this is my first experience of complaint found in Bata shoes..But unfortunately cash memo lost from my custody I had used the shoes only for seven days, because I use car for travelling and I have some other Bata shoes and quadies. One of my shoes has 4years old and still it has no complaint .kindly make necessary arrangements for replacing the shoes from the concerned showroom as early as possible
