With reference to my above complaint, more than 20 days I am waiting for your favorable action.

As I was trying every time over phone to your customer care I was getting a same reply ' Under Process'.

I will be much satisfied if a get some reasonable feed back from your side either by email or by phone.

I request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible.
