I bought a bata shoe by an online order with size 9 on date 15/8 and was delivered with size10 within next 14 days for which i registered a complaint on its customer care on 26/9 for the change of its size. my complaint no. is 201132667 and i was asked to courier the shoe to its corporate office address 732/1, 4 &5 floor, lotus plaza, sector-14, m.g.road, gurgaon, haryana. 12 which i did through the aramex domestic n the shipment no. is 110735888, since then till date i have been calling the customer care for its solution but i am still empty hand since last 40 days of registering the complaint. the customer care executive name mr. mukesh. mhd. razaa and its senior executive mr ata-ur they all promise me to sort out the problem but still have not got any result. looking forward for some serious action and positive result . thanx
