I HAVE PURCHASED A PAIR OF BATA SHOE FROM YOUR BATA SHOWROOM BATA INDIA LIMITED BATA SHOE STORE (551/02011) NIRMAN VYAPAR KENDRA, SECTOR 17, VASHI, NEW MUMBAI 400 703. (CASH MEMO 08-10-11 / 1 / 0045). SOLE OF THE BOTH THE SHOE HAVE BEEN BROKEN / CRACKED SO SOON. I ALSO WENT TO SHOP BUT THE PEOPLE / STAFF WORKING IN THE SHOWROOM, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE FACT IS CORRECT THAT SOLE OF BOTH THE SHOES CRACKED / DAMAGED, BUT YOU LODGE YOUR COMPLAINT ON BATA CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND AFTER THAT REPLACEMENT CAN BE MADE. ONCE AGAIN I REQUEST TO MAIL THE CONCERN SHOP FOR REPLACEMENT.
