POOR QUALITY / SERVICES

I PURCHASED LADIES CHAPPAL FOR RS.499/- FROM BATA SHOP (MALAD WEST). CHAPPAL WAS DAMAGED WITHIN COUPLE OF MONTHS. I LODGED COMPLAINING WITH BATA AND GOT REPLACEMENT CHAPPAL. WITHIN A MONTH IT ALSO GOT DAMAGED. WHEN I APPROACHED BATA SHOP THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD REPAIR IT. AFTER REPAIR WITHIN ONE DAY IT ONCE AGAIN DAMAGED. REPAIR WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. IT IS CAUSING INCONVENIENCE TO ME TO GO TO THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GET REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR. HENCE I DO NOT WANT REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF MY CHAPPAL AND I WANT FULL REIMBURSEMENT OF MONEY.
