I have purchased "3 socks" (article no.. 9330519, size; F) from your Bata showroom on 25211 from Mangalore, which got damaged in first wash, so when i informed to your showroom, they guided me to write a complaint letter to you people, so kindly accept my complaint and reply me as soon as possible to my email; "[email protected]", iam waiting for your reply and iam hoping that your decision will be in my favor.
