with due respect i regret to say that i was cheated by a renowned shoe shop in vashi named STEP IN near Navratna Resturant. I am a regular user of your product. Two weeks back i went to a shop in Vashi Navi Mumbai area to purchase one Dr Scholls shoes for myself. I had purchased the one i was using from Bata showroom at 1399/- they offered me the product at 850/- when i asked why this particular Dr. scholls is at lowere price they said when it goes to Bata it become dearer. So not thinking anyway i purchased that product at 850/- which was duplicate as it was neither comfortable nor it heals. I was experiencing pain in my toes. Then to my surprise i went to give a complain to shopkeeper that how they are selling/ using Dr scholls duplicate product using your logo etc but they refused to entertain.
Using your logo to befool customer is a serious offence. I lost my 850/- Rs. Moreover i am a regular user of your product so i realized that the shoe was duplicate they are trying to tarnish your brand image.
So i request you to take serious action against the owner of shop and rotect the rights of customer.
