I had ordered a KAZO: Denim Bag from www.fashionandyou.com on 01/12 and chose Cash on Delivery as my payment mode.

Then i checked my product status on 17/12 and it said it is delivered but i haven't got it yet.

then the question arises is that whom did the courier person delivered my product. How can be they so negligible?
