With reference to above this is to inform that I had bought Sunglasses (FASTRACKSU/NOCOL/FRSIZ) from SHOPPERS STOP (MULUND store-113 at Nirmal Lifestyle) on 29-12 and at the time of purchase I did not check the Sunglasses as it was not required since we were buying something from shoppers stop which should not have any defect or anything wrong, but when I came home and tried the Sunglasses I noticed that there was a defect (the glass had small scratch on the front side) and when I went to shoppers stop (dt.31-12) to change the same the supervisor and Customer care person have refused to the exchange the same saying that it is not a defect.

As I have been a valued to customer of shopper stop for such a long time. I did not expect this type of behavior from a Customer care person towards the customer which was really disturbing. He just refused to exchange the same which ideally should have been exchanged since there is a 14 day exchange policy.
