I Placed an order (GTI227476) for a Birthday gifts to my elder brother in Gurgaon on 25th December. The order was for one 1/2 kg Birthday cake and one Black Belt. My horrible experience started when i called their Customer Care Numbers. To my utter dismay, they didn't work that day (Sunday). Then i had an online chat with one of their agent and informed him that Bithday cake should have written "Happy Birthday Suresh". He promised me to do as per my wish. But i was wrong. The cake got delivered without the above mentioned request and without Black Belt. I tried contacting them on their Customer care numbers, but as usual they didn't work that day (Sunday) as well. I chatted wid their agent and he told me that Belt takes 3-4 working days to get delivered. He also promised to get this delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. Till Thursday, Neither I nor my brother got any call regarding any delivery. As usual their CC numbers didn't work, i chatted with a new agent - "Mohit" and he told me to get it delivered on Friday. On friday, we didn't receive any calls from their side. I once again had to chat with a New agent "Ajeet". He asked me for the Alternate Contact Number and alternate Address and told me he will try his level best to deliver that on saturday. I can't understand why the courier men, chosen by giftstoindia24x7.com didn't call the recepient and ask him where to come in case they didn't know much about the locality. I got Birthday Cake without anything written over that and also didn't get my ordered belt till date. The whole process created a big mess and my brother's Birthday has turned out to be very sour and left bad taste.
I just want giftstoindia24x7.com to be answerable as to why they haven't been able to deliver the items as per their promises. And i also want them to be answerable as to the Birthday that has been turned sour just because of their poor conduct and false promises.
