Missing some goods

Sir,

i booked (membership id;itbc09171720) two reebok kit on 18th november through advertisement. The kit contains reebok shoe, tracksuit, travel bag, reebok towel, rbk sunglass, rbk watch and rbk sox . i paid the full money through credit card at same date. i got two kit on 7th december. but i didnt get travel bag, rbk watch and rbk sox in two packet. i called but no response from there. please help me to get the balance goods.
