Order Not Received

Hi,

I had purchased a suit material online from 100bestbuy.com vide order no. 1155096 on 19th Oct and I was promised to deliver the product with in 7-10 working days but till date (28th Oct) I have not received any confirmation or product. When I spoke to their customer care no. which is impossible to get through they re-assured the delivery of the product but no response yet.

Please advise how to deal with situation.
