Dear Sir, I have been Debited twice for the same bill. First when my Debit card was swiped, the salesman said that the card has been denied. So I gave my cousin's Debit card which got accepted and the amount was debited from his account. At night I got an SMS from my mobile banking that the same amount was debited from my account too. To check the same I had updated my Passbook. I had shown the bill, my passbook details and also the card slip on which my cousin had signed to the store Manager. He told me that he has not received the amount that is showing in my account passbook.
Please suggest me how to get back my money from the store? what other proof does the company wants to show that they have deducted twice from my account for the same bill. Kindly consider my complaint and respond ASAP.
