Dear Mr. Ciarlariello,
On the 14 of April, I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses from your Sunglass Hut outlet within the DLF Promenade mall. Within a few days the box for the glasses started to peel off and the flakes from the box started depositing on the sunglasses. I took the glasses back to the shop where I was informed that there were no replacement boxes at the moment. The assistant was extremely unhelpful at the least. This would not have been the case in any other part of the world, considering I have a warranty on the product for a year.
I would like you to help me out in the situation. The glass is getting damaged. For the high price one expects better service. If not dealt with at the soonest, I would have to take a completely different course of action.
