This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased a rainy jacket from infinity mall adidas showroom in adheri w and the logo had come off and on going to the showroom i had to wait for 2 days and got a replacement of the same with the promise that i wont face the problem again... In the very next 2 days i faced the same problem again and i sopke to so called Zonal manager Nilesh Desai who told me " JOH KARNE KA HAI KARLE"... So would like to know it this how a consumer is treated after being troubled again and again...
