I had purchased Adidas company shoes in 4299 Rs. from Adidas shop in Himalaya mall in driven in area in Ahmedabad city. I had purchased those in end of June. Probably after few days of purchase, it hurts me to my last finger of my both legs. So when ever I wear after that, it hearted my finger a lot and have to remove from my legs. I had contacted to Adidas shop from where I purchased. They had taken those for repair but gave in same stage where it was before repair. I am very disappointed as not expecting this problem and very bad service from Adidas. What should I do as I am not able to wear it and its cost is 4299!!?
I had contacted Adidas care and they assured me to reply in 7 working days but even after a month I have not got reply from Adidas care. I am attaching that mail contents here.
