POOR QUALITY OF SHOES - WORE OUT WITHIN 4 MONTHS OF PURCHASE

I had bought a pair of Reebok Shoes (Product # J88948 ATH YELLOW/GREY/WHITE 8) from your franchisee - "My Foot" on Mall Road, Ludhiana on 30.04.2012 for Rs. 2, 999.

Within a few months of use, I found that the threads on the outer sides. When shown to the franchisee, he promised to have the same repaired.

I got the pair back after a few weeks, but to my utter disbelief, I found that the insole had depressed from the metatarsal region near the base of fingers.

Now the pair is absolutely useless, since I wear the shoes for my comfort. I regularly use "Dr. Scholl" and "Reebok" since the last many years - but, this experience with "Reebok" has been very bad.

Despite sending an email to manufacturer at their email ID [email protected], no response received - shows the lack of service this giant is providing.
