Footwear as per details given above was purchased just 9 months ago. Used sparingly, in excellent condition gave way on its own. Bad tear left the product unusable. It was shown to one of the Woodland outlets. I am being asked to pay Rs 600.00 for repairs for a product costing Rs 3500.00 and HARDLY used. This is unacceptable. The footwear is lying with your outlet at AEROCLUB WOODLAND; G_128; The Courtyard, DLF SAKET; NEW DELHI _ 110017 (INDIA) ; Tele: 011_46048796. I am disturbed because WOODLAND brand can not supply such poor quality product and when brought back with defect offer unacceptable option to get the product REPAIRED at an exorbitant cost. May I request you to kindly direct your outlet to REPLACE the product and send the defective piece for thorough quality examination.
