We are using hcl beantalk system past 2 years. Now the system display mother board problem. i have given complaint past 10 days there is no response it is under AMC eventhough taking much much time to attend problem. i have already send two mails there is no reply in that mail. we are hiring outside engineer higly paid we are suffering lot.
