Two weeks ago my uncle's E2200HD LCD developed some problem. Created a RMA with Benq India. Took me 15 min to search for the right number (Number on their site does not exists). After Creating the rma, the technician came after four days. Found out that the power panel of the lcd has gone kaput. It has been over two week now and still the Lcd has not been repaired. Calling the technician did not yield any positive result.
Called the technician's head and even he had no idea when the required part would come. Sent inumerous emails to Neoteric but no response from them too. Tried calling all their mumbai number but no one ever picks up. Even called at their HQ in India but no response.
I would have to think twice before getting any Benq products from now onwards.
Can anyone give me email or number of high authorities in Benq India.
