I placed an Order with Brandmile on 3rd January.
Reference order No: BMHRA923.
I tried to contact them on various occasions by filling their online contact form but didn't receive any reply from them for days.
Send many email on [email protected] too but they did not respond to that either.
Tried contacting them on 91-120-4202277 many times. At one time i got through but the lady on the line said she could not ship item as she didn't have them nor could she cancel the order.
This is the most useless e-shopping site available.
Really bad customer service.
