Window installation erro

I purchased cq40-732 6 month ago, but in this if i install window other than SP2CQ it show error at boot time installation...

when i install SP2CQ it'll work properly...

but now asp.net not installing in this window...

plz tell me the solution how can i install SP3 in it...
