I hv purchased this pc from vijay sales, mumbai on 14.11.2010. from the day first this pc is running too slow like BAILGADDI. i hv contacted to your helpline no. 1800114772 to mr. sunil (ref no ca1031977) who has taken my 2 hrs for formating my pc which cause lost my all valuable data, and told me this is SOFTWARE PROBLEM and also did not change my date and timing which is automatically changed as 01-01, again i contacted to any madam on 29.11.2010 for setting of time and date who was unable to change my setting of time and date and she took my precious 30 minutes and kept me on hold and did not give any reply, again i hv contacted to mr. priyakant who also shows inability, when i asked the email id for booking of complaint then he simply told me that WHEREVER U WANT TO GO, U MAY PROCEED, ur pc has HARDWARE PROBLEM. Your ref no is ca-1032622. i can straight way say that ur engineer are unskilled and unable to assist.

Now, i am telling that my PC is suffering from both saftware as well as hardware problem, so kindly change my pc because i hv paid Rs. 24, 300/- which is hard earning otherwise i will proceed to consumer forum for assistance.
