Non-Receipt of HP All-In-One Printer as a part of Free-Gift

Dear Sir,

I purchased one HP Compaq Presario Desktop Computer on 26-02 from Digital House, City Centre, Bokaro steel city. As a Free-Gift under the Scheme, I received one HP 600VA UPS from HP Redemption Cell vide Ref. No.-86727 and Redemption Code No.- HXOFFAE39F.

I lke to inform you that I have not yet received HP All-In-One Printer as entiltled under the Purchase Scheme and suffering a lot on this account.

I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange dispatch of the Printer at the earliest. I may be please be intimated the reason of delay. Already we have sent a letter regarding this matter on 8th April through Registered Post, but we didn’t get any reply from your side. After that, we also sent you a lot of mail and call, and most recently we sent Legal Notice to you through Speed Post, but we didn't get any reply from your side.
