I have purchased a desk top computer model EZEEBEE MAX XP Z999 C2D ON 4TH oCTOBER. Right from the first day it started giving problem of abrupt shutdown with blue screen. Their engineers attended 11 times and found no use. They could not able to identify the REAL cause of problem and agreed to replace the system with NEW one with same configuration. With the assurance of giving new system within seven days, they provided a standby set on returnable basis on 16th May with service report No. 553.
By now more than three months passed, and I have written several reminders to the regional head and top officials in Noida. Until this date, nothing happened.
Now I am looking to resolve this problem through consumer protection forum.
Beware of such irresponsible customer care in such a great HCL organisation.
