Dear Sir/ Madam,
I brought one Dell laptop from Saudhi on 6/06, when i brought this i was aware that the Dell has international warranty. So only i brought form this Saudhi even my country is India. But now my lap is having hardware problem . so when i contacted Dell Servise people they infromed me that the warranty of my Lap expired and also it has not international warranty. so for repairing this i have to pay 14500 Rs.
Pls let me know how my warrany got over when i brought this lap on 6/06, and why i am not geting international warrany. This same Dell laps which my friend are uuseing facing same this problem. pls let me know why this is hapening for this Dell >
If i am geting this type of bad servise from Dell then why i have to pay 14000 Rs again. Same this amount i can pay for buying new lap of other good company;
Kindly do the needfull for this case.
