Replace the Laptop

I have purchased the laptop on 24th June from Ascent infosolution, Sector-5, Rohini Delhi. And very next day there was came a problem in its charging. The battery had not been charged when we remove the charger the laptop went shutdown. I brought the laptop to Ascent infosolution and they took the same for two days and told me that they have replaced its battery but after that problem had not been solved. After few days I given the laptop again to Ascent Infosolution and they again kept the laptop and changed its charger, RAM and broken the seal. After all this done they give me your contact number. Now laptop is charging in 5-6 hours in shutdown mode and 7-8 hours in open mode.

But normally a laptop charged within 1.5 hrs while using.

This is requested to you that please replace the laptop ASAP since many parts has been replaced / repaired.

Please find attached the HCL service centre job card as desired.
