I am Hemant Kulkarni had visited Ezone Pimpri branch on Saturday (13th Jun) wanted to Purchase Laptop. I decided to buy Sony Vaioon in cash. I paid booking amount 8000/- by debit card (Receipt No: - 2043007557) but I came to know that product was not suitable for my work (because of miss guidance of sales representative) and that’s why I cancelled that order on 15th jun. Mr Pankaj said that it will take 15-20 days to get the amount back in my account. It’s been more than 45 days still the amount is not credited to my account. From 15th jun I am following Pankaj and ashok nair but every time I am getting different and ridiculous answer from booth.
I have also sent mail to the E-zone today on ([email protected]) let’s see.
I am suggesting all viewers that don’t trust on e-zone sales representative and don’t buy any product from e-zone.
