Hi,
I have had bad experience with flipkart. I ordered a brand new laptop for 56.8k and payment successfully happened. I placed this order on July 18th and expected delivery date is July 27th. Well, the time I placed the order is in available status and on July 20th, it went to "Out of Stock". I called them and asked whether my delivery got any problem with that? They said that everything was alright and product going to be delivered on-time. Now, on 23rd July, they get back to me stating that there is no product available in their stock. So, either they gonna cancel the order or put my money in e-wallet.
I have a question here. Why the hell they can't tell the same thing by calling me on the same day product goes "Out of Stock".
