Hi,
I bought an online Dell Laptop from Gadgetsguru.com, However due to personal reason cancel the order before even it was shipped to me. i was promise refund from the Customer Care however after that i never received any email or the product or any phone call from them.
Nor i received the refund as its still doesn't reflect in my Credit Card Statement.
