Not working after replacement

My gigabyte motherboard RMA no. is GBTBFJ110007588DW and motherboard not working after delivering last time it replace in one week and worked only five days and then I submit the it to the service center (ACCEL Frontline - Nehru Place) they return it in one week but it still not working they have no checking facility. In two year this motherboard has stop working many times.

Please help somebody for this inconvenience.
