Claim rejected and informed me after 8 Months

Dear Sir/Madam,

Policy No: GHPL-UIH-PIF-139555

Emp_No:00600 (Organisation: Prithvi Information Solutions Ltd.)

My Employer (Mr. Ramamurthy) is saying that your claim is rejected.

My cailm submitted on around 10-10 to our Employer at the time of claim submiting my salary was around 13000/- per month in that my expenses near about half of salary for medical on depended on medical claim.

Please Understand my situation and kindly release the amount at the erliest
