Replacement of Harddisk due to bad sector

Hello Sir/Madam,

I gave my samsung harddisk (hd sr.number-118711bva96540) for replacement due to bad sactot on dated 13th March at Shree Ram Krishna Enterprise, Ahmedabad.

I was told it will be given with in 25 days from the deposited date but had not got it back and also from last one month i heared the same reply from their side that it is in custom and we dont have it.

Please do the needful. Hope for your positive reply.
