Dear sir
I purchased desk to i.e. in the month of aug with a assurance from dealer i.e. vikram electricals daryagang new delhi that the machine will be under warranty 1 2 years. As a result of this when contacted with your call centre to lodge complaints for some problem, ist they refuse to accept my complaint and after their guidance I send three times faxed my warranty card, lastly they said my desk top is out of warranty. I surprise how it happens, like a company hcl can do this type behaviour with his last 10 customer. I think there is no coordination between dealer, company and call centre. Now will u please clear my position. Where I have to go now, now I am totally befooling by the company
