Touch Pad & Carry case

I am purchase online HCL laptop model no B 4502 at 10.4. bill is in my name.

and i am cancel to free gift MTV bag and nokia mobile and just select the carry case

but it's size is so small beg is as for 14" but my laptop size is 15.4" so i request to change my carry case.

& laptop's Touch Pad is going HOT... after 15m.

i have complain to 4time but not give any reply.
